since I am a user with having the administrator rights ,but when I accesss the registry ,it give me this message “registry editing has been disabled by your system administrator”. pls help me how to remove this problem. regards

Are you 100% sure you have admin rights? Right click on my computer go to manage then users, if you see your profile there right click on it and go to properties. then go to member of and see if you are an Administrator.

This is set in group policy management. If you have scripts running it may be setting it there.
